I live in Chicago and have attained both my business degree and clinical masters degree in Chicagoland. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings including behavioral health outpatient, assessments, higher levels of care for substance use disorders and eating disorders, and as a professional relations liaison for treatment centers as the main point of contact between referents and the treatment teams providing care to shared patients. Working in environments from large corporations to the not-for-profit segment has been helpful in supporting individuals exploring transition and navigating ambivalence and/or imbalance around work, life and valued activities.

I am experienced in providing gender and diversity-inclusive treatment for adolescents and adults seeking therapeutic collaboration around mood dysregulation, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, substance use disorders, neurodivergent spectrum disorders, including ADHD & ASD, LGBTQ+ specific issues, grief/loss and life transitions. I am a collaborative, integrative and relational partner in the therapeutic process. My therapeutic approach is guided most by the client relationship and individual needs and goals, as we move toward improved health, healing, recovery and interpersonal growth.

I utilize evidence-based interventions, inclusive of both behavioral and mindfulness-based therapies, specifically incorporating Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

I am honored to serve in the helping field and to support individuals where they are at, and to the best of my ability. I provide a non-judgmental and safe space to help motivate change, consider new perspectives and restore or access the healthiest version of oneself.
